I've been living in a Barkley Houses property for 4 years and it has been a great experience. Everyone at Barkley Houses is very responsive and friendly and I've never had even a minor maintenance request that has taken more than a day ot two to be fixed. I also love living in a place that not the usual cookie-cutter type of apartment you see in Austin. I'm so glad Barkley Houses sees the value in these older buildings and does the work to keep them around.
