Rental Application

Please send us an email requesting an application and include the property address you are interested in applying for, your full legal name, and an email address. We will then create a portal  that will begin the process of your rental application.

We do require the following criteria:

• Solid Rental History
• Previous Landlord Verification
• Credit History
• Minimum Score 680
• Salary equals 3X monthly rent
• Pets 25 pound maximum
